Studio Archive Sale
Opening up the archive has felt a bit like flipping through an old sketchbook, full of paintings that each tell a small story from the past few years…
Tomorrow, I'm opening up my Studio Archive Sale, a collection of original paintings from the past several years that are ready to be seen and loved again.
Some of these pieces have been tucked away for years, some never before posted online, and others might look familiar if you've followed my work for a while. They are like a collection of moments of exploration, different color palettes, subjects, and techniques that eventually led me to the work I'm creating today.
I've always had a hard time letting these paintings go, but I'm excited that they're finally getting a chance to be seen, collected, and enjoyed in someone's home.
I've gathered some of these paintings here! I hope you enjoy exploring these pieces as much as I have.
Hilltops
Oil on Panel
16x16”
I’ve always been enamored by landscapes with rolling hills. I especially love watching sunset come over a hilltop, and seeing all the little lights from the houses begin to sparkle as the day comes to a close.

Insomnia
Oil on Panel
10x10”
This small but mighty piece is dripping in calming royal blue tones and feminine energy. This was painted in a time when I was pushing my style, studying new expressive techniques in contemporary portraiture, and held a spot on the wall of Covet Gallery in Oceanside for a time.

Sunflower Mandala
Oil on Canvas
30×48”
Sunflowers have a meaning of renewal, new beginnings, life. These beautiful and precise blooms, paired with the bright geometric shapes of the mandala, provide an interesting visual composition that combines meanings of connectedness, being in the present, and starting anew.

City Lights
Oil on Canvas
36×48”
A time when I was diving into portraiture, using paint to capture moods and reflect them onto the canvas. City Lights shows a figure against the city’s horizon, free with feminine energy and vibrant color.

Cliffs at La Jolla Cove
Oil on Flat Panel
9×12”
La Jolla Cove in all its coastal beauty. One of my favorite places to paint en plein air in San Diego.
This original oil on panel captures the turquoise water, rugged shoreline, and rhythmic waves. When you look closely enough, you can even spot a few of the iconic seal lions that make this place a tourist destination.
$150
Glide
Oil on Canvas with Resin Coating
36×36”
I painted Glide about a year after moving to San Diego from Georgia. I wanted to create a piece that glimmered on the wall like the newfound water I was always surrounded by. Living near the ocean was such a new experience, and I couldn't get enough of its color, movement, and constant change.
